IDF: “Earlier today (Tuesday Oct 7, 2025), the IDF struck and eliminated Hezbollah terrorist Mahmoud Ali Issa in the Deir Aames area in southern Lebanon.
“The terrorist Mahmoud Ali Issa served as the local representative of Hezbollah in the Kafra area in southern Lebanon. In his position, he was responsible for the financial and military connections between Hezbollah and the residents of the village.
“In addition, the terrorist operated to seize private assets for operational terrorist use, such as renting houses to store weapons and conduct surveillance activities.
“Moreover, the IDF struck and eliminated a Hezbollah terrorist who operated an engineering vehicle in the Zibqin area in southern Lebanon.
“The terrorist was struck whilst he attempted to reestablish Hezbollah terror infrastructure sites.
“The terrorists’ activities constituted violations of the understandings between Israel and Lebanon.
“The IDF will continue to operate to remove any threat to the State of Israel.
