IDF: Samaria & Judea Arabs too risky during Succot

Military strategists are aware of heightened risks; Palestinian Arabs have planned attacks on Jews during Succot.
Remember – the same conditions exists every holiday season, including the Succot over October 2023 leading up to the surprise attack on Simchat Torah at the end of Succot which in 2023, fell on Oct 7.
