Tisha B’Av 2026 begins at sundown on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 and ends at nightfall on Thursday, July 23, 2026.  Observed on the 9th of Av in the Hebrew year 5786, this solemn fast day commemorates the destruction of both the First and Second Temples in Jerusalem.
