Iran’s current regime–the IRGC (Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps)–funds and supplies the Houthis rebels in Yemen.
So when Houthis attack civilian ships in the Red Sea (a war crime), the USA will hit the head of the snake rather than the little Houthis supplied by the regime.
This is exactly the right approach.
What’s the point of hitting the Houthis when they will just relocate and continue taking orders from Iran? Hit Iran, destroy the IRGC and solve the head of the problem. Leave the Houthis with no resources, no weapons source, and no orders from their IRGC leaders.
I pray that someday the Persians will take their country back from the Islamics, the Yemenis will take their country back from the Islamics, and the Lebanese people will take their country back from the Islamics. Say Amen if you agree.
