The USA president cannot be impeached for differences of opinion, only for treason etc.
He cannot be removed for “he lost his mind” except by 2/3 majority vote in Congress. This SHOULD’ve happened with Biden, but the court determined he was mentally unfit to stand trial; but this will never happen in Trump’s case. But in 2027 Democrats will try to impeach if they have votes–simply thru public opinion–not thru reality and the Constitution.
So in reality, if impeachment is not possible and mental fitness is not an issue, then the only thing left is the legality of Operation Epic Fury.
